4. Stain Removal Disclaimer

While we strive to remove all stains using our safe cleaning products, some stains may not respond to these milder solutions. We apologize for any stains that cannot be removed within our product guidelines. If you choose to use stronger chemicals to attempt further stain removal, this is done at your own risk, and we are not liable for any resulting damage or reactions.
